Gordon Sound understands you need reliable equipment rentals. We check our equipment before and after each rental for the greatest reliability. We rent only industry standard products proven for their quality.

RESERVE YOUR SOUND SYSTEM
Upon determining the proper Equipment; you may reserve the gear with your personal information and a Major Credit Card. This reserves the Equipment for the dates specified by you.

SECURITY AND PRE-PAYMENT.
On the day of your reservation, we will need the # of your Major Revolving Credit Card for Security and to secure the reservation. We ask that all Rentals are Pre-Paid before any equipment leaves the shop, unless previous arrangements have been made.

RENTAL GUIDELINES
Contact us with your requirements and we will endeavor to meet all your needs. If you require something we don't stock, let us know what it is and we may add it to our inventory, or at least we will tell you where you can get it for the best possible price. All prices are for a 24-hour rental period. Additional fees may apply for longer periods of time. Please be aware that we require a credit card, pre-pay or purchase order (corporate accounts only) to reserve equipment.

RESERVATIONS
All equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless the equipment has been previously reserved. To reserve equipment, you may: 1) Use your credit card number to hold the equipment for pickup on a specific day, or 2) Pre-pay the entire rental amount. (The rental may be paid for on or before the pickup date.) All rentals and renewals must be paid in advance.

RENTAL RATES AND TIME PERIODS
Rental rates are subject to change without notice. Rates listed are for Two-day rentals. Additional day rates are calculated at 50% of the daily rate for the second day and 25% for each additional day. Weekly rates are calculated at double the daily rates. Monthly rates are calculated at double the weekly rates. All rentals are to be picked up after 12:00 Noon. All rental returns are due back by 5pm on the date specified on contract or a late fee will be charged. Alternative pickup and return times may be accommodated with prior notice.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Cancel 30+ days before rental- you pay 50% of the rental cost. Cancel less than 30 days before rental- you pay 100% of the rental cost. All rental May - September are non-cancelable and you will be charged 100% of the rental. A pro rated daily rental rate will be charged for all late returns.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A MC/VISA and valid Government issued identification is required for all rentals. Cosigners are accepted but must be present to sign contract and security deposit. In lieu of a credit card, a cash deposit for the replacement value of the equipment may be made with management pre-approval. Sorry, check cards and checks are not acceptable for security deposit. We reserve the right to refuse to rent on the basis of non-compliance with security deposit guidelines.

BUSINESS HOURS
Our business hours are 11 am to 6pm Monday through Friday, and 11 am to 3 pm on Saturday. We are closed Sundays. All locations are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

EMERGENCY INFORMATION
In case of an emergency, a technician may be paged at the following numbers from a touch-tone phone: Rentals: 360-509-5612 or 360-710-0387. After the tone, leave a message with your area code and phone number and a technician will return your call as quickly as possible.

PICKUP AND DELIVERY
24 hr. rental delivery, set-up and pick-ups are available for an additional fee. All pick-ups and deliveries must be scheduled in advance. Fees may vary. Please contact Gordon Sound for quotes.

ENGINEERS AND TECHNICIANS
Technicians, Engineers, Operators, Stage Hands and Drivers are available for an additional fee. All labor must be scheduled in advance. Fees may vary.

CABLES AND CORDS
An adequate number of cables, cords and adapters will be sent out with each rental system. If you require additional cables or adapters, please inform your rental technician when you pick up your order. All cables must be separated and coil wrapped upon return. A restocking fee of $5 per cable will be added to each cable not returned in the same condition as it was rented.

DISCOUNTS AND DONATIONS
Pro user discounts are available for multiple dates with valid Washington State business license. Donations are subject to pre-approval and only available to non-profit groups, proof of non-profit status is required. Applications for "in kind" donations must be made from January 2nd to January 30th Each year you wish to receive a donation, be aware not every one who applies will receive a donation; it is decided by the management which causes we wish to support. If you do not apply please call, you may be eligible for up to a 50% discount.
